Featuring a host of luminaries from the world of Soul & R&B, award winning producer Mike City presents new album ‘The Feel Good Agenda Vol.1’.

Philadelphia born producer Mike City has been at the forefront of the soulful fringes of popular Hip Hop and R&B for the best part of 20 years, having made his breakthrough in 1999 with Carl Thomas’s #1 Bad Boy hit ‘I Wish’. City’s reputation as a hit maker are justified, with high profile productions to is name including Sunshine Anderson’s 2001 neo-soul classic ‘Heard it All Before’ along with work for the likes of Brandy, Angie Stone, Donell Jones, Dwele, Jamie Foxx and Kanye West.

Not only an award winning producer, City is a gifted songwriter and has in recent years applied those dual talents to a particular strain of soulful dance music that neatly co-exists with the Soul and Hip Hop for which he has traditionally been better known. ‘Feel Good Agenda Volume 1’ sees City combine his own vocal talents with his abilities as songwriter and producer, calling on a cast of A-list vocal talent to create an album packed with dynamite soulful House production, powerhouse vocals, catchy songwriting and musicianship. Guest vocalists include Teedra Moses, Carl Thomas, Terri Walker and Lalah Hathaway among others. Remixes come courtesy of House music royalty Kenny Dope, himself no stranger to treading the line between House music and Hip Hop.
